A Northern European lodge style building with a red roof, Azusagawa SA (Bound for Nagano) is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Northern Alps overlooking the refreshing view of Azumino and the clear stream of Azusagawa river.
Even in summer time, the panoramic view unfolds the snow capped mountains such as Mt. Jonen, Mt. Otensho, Mt. Choga, and Shirouma-sanzan.

Enjoy the local speciality cuisine such as the delicious combination of nozawana vegetable with pork flavor soup of “Azumino ramen” and the “Sanzoku-Ontama rice bowl”: a Matsumoto Sanzoku-style grilled chicken with soft-boiled egg from the “Azumino’s land of mystery” Nakabusa Hot Spring.

Doutor’s signature brewed coffee is roasted with charcoal fire to offer it’s rich aromatic deep flavor. Doutor also offers wide variety of food menu such as German hot dogs and Milano sandwiches. The popular Doutor coffee latte ice cream is a must try dessert exclusive to Azusagawa SA.
